Key Findings:

• Frequent premature ventricular complexes (PVCs) were particularly concerning, elevating mortality risk (OR 1.85).
• Atrial fibrillation (AF) during stress testing was not directly linked to increased mortality (OR 1.53), it was strongly associated with a future AF diagnosis (OR 4.60).
• Atrial arrhythmias predicted a higher likelihood of developing coronary artery disease or myocardial infarction (OR 1.82).
