Submit a Case and Discuss it Live with Experts

We seek complex cases — especially those resistant to triptans. Share your approach, what worked or failed, and key gaps. Please include:

  • Clinical detail: history, exam, investigations, differentials, response/non-response.
  • Dilemmas & overlaps: ophthalmic, ENT, psychiatric, systemic, or neurological.
  • Barriers: resistance definitions, co-morbidities, stigma, quality-of-life impact.
  • Guidelines: alignments and deviations from Indian/international practice.
  • Specialty lens & uniqueness: rare findings, management hurdles, or evolving insights.

Show real-world complexity — resistance, uncertainty, or practice-changing lessons.
