• Both miscarriages and stillbirths were linked to elevated risks of total CVDs, coronary heart disease (CHD), stroke, and total CVD deaths among women.
• Importantly, the risk of CVDs, particularly CHD, escalated with each additional pregnancy loss, emphasizing the need for heightened awareness and targeted interventions to mitigate cardiovascular risks in affected individuals.
