9 Feb 2023 • A rare honour has been bestowed upon Dr. Abdul D. Khan, the City Orthopaedic Surgeon and Head of the Department of a corporate hospital in Visakhapatnam, India. He will present two scientific papers at the European Federation of National Orthopaedic Associations in Orthopaedics and Traumatology (EFFORT) Annual Conference in Vienna, Austria in the month of May. Two rare procedures carried out by Dr. Abdul D. Khan for the first time in the state are included in the scientific articles. A therapeutic ankle arthroscopy case series for the osteochondral lesion of the talus is one of them, and another was a case of therapeutic ankle arthroscopy with ATFL reconstruction.
